Abstract

<p>Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Dalam era ini, teknologi dan inovasi menjadi elemen kunci dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar dan mengoptimalkan proses pengajaran. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya integrasi teknologi dan inovasi dalam pendidikan, serta bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi transformasi pembelajaran di tingkat global. Dengan mengadopsi teknologi digital, pendidikan dapat lebih mudah diakses, dipersonalisasi, dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu. Penelitian ini meneliti tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan pelajar dalam menghadapi perubahan ini serta bagaimana solusi berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas peran penting pembelajaran digital dalam mempersiapkan generasi masa depan untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin digital.</p>
